Cancellation Policy: To secure your booking, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due before the scheduled photoshoot. Payments can be conveniently made through e-transfer.

License Policy: The photographer maintains copyright ownership of the Photographic Work and reserves the right to utilize it for self-promotion. Clients are permitted unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for personal use among family and friends, both online and offline.

Focal is granted the right to feature any photos for self-promotion purposes, with due credit given to the photographer. If you prefer that your images not be used in this manner, kindly communicate your preference during the booking process, and we will respect your request.

Extension Policy: With mutual consent, the duration of services can be extended. It is advisable to discuss the potential extension of the wedding day in advance. The hourly package rate will be applicable for any additional hours.
